1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment of order. All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Priority mail is available on all orders at extra cost. Larger, heavier orders will get a courtesy upgrade to either USPS Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS delivery.

2. How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the link to track your order. 

3. Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must also be in the original packaging
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way or present any damage
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
