Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oolbrite. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Delivery Terms
All orders will be shipped out from Boston, MA, after payment is received and order is processed. Orders will be shipped out via USPS 2-5 business days after purchase approval unless otherwise stated via a banner on the website. Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.

1.1 Transit Time Domestically
We only ship domestically in the US. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 business days.

1.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 5 business days of payment of order.

We operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which the office will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

1.3 P.O. Box Shipping
Oolbrite will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

1.4 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

1.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

1.6 Process for product lost in-transit
If your order was lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

2. Shipping Costs

Prices of products do not include shipping costs, taxes and duties.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

The final price at checkout will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

4. Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website upon checkout.


5. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched and shipped out. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund policy.
